Section 1

fb55 operates an online casino and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the fb55 website and all services under it. By registering on the platform or using any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Verification

Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted. In such cases the deposited amount will be returned and any associated bonus will be cancelled.
• Keep the reference number for every deposit transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Maximum withdrawal limits are set by fb55 and may vary according to VIP level.
• Withdrawals should be made through the same method used for the deposit, wherever possible.

Section 4

fb55 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

For new players, fb55 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → Bonus capped at ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳31,000

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Current welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25x (on the bonus amount)
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

1. Each user may take advantage of each promotion only once.
2. Bonus funds can be used to play all applicable games; however, certain games may not count towards bonus wagering — see the promotion details.
3. Bonuses are for use on your own account only and cannot be transferred to others.
4. fb55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
5. If any misuse or fraud relating to a bonus is detected, the relevant account will be suspended.

Section 5

fb55 believes in fair play. All games offered on our platform are provided by accredited software providers that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Permitted Game Types

Section 7

Suspension by fb55

fb55 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

1. Breach of any part of these Terms.
2. Fraud or suspicious financial activity.
3. Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
4. Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
5. Bonus abuse.

Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account of their own choosing. To do so, a written request must be sent to [email protected]. The existing balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

Self-Exclusion

Language & Interpretation

These terms are drafted in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the original Bengali text, the Bengali text shall prevail.

Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between the user and fb55.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

Waiver of Rights

If fb55 does not enforce a particular term in a specific case, this will not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce that term in the future.

Changes to Terms

fb55 may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
